This Copyright Compliance Policy outlines the guidelines for protecting copyrights on our platform, including provisions for reporting copyright infringement in accordance with applicable international laws, such as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and China’s Copyright Law.

1. Copyright Ownership

• Platform Content: All original content created by Asita41, including but not limited to text, logos, trademarks, service descriptions, images, videos, software, and design elements, is protected by copyright laws and owned exclusively by Asita41 or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of this content is strictly prohibited.
• User-Generated Content (UGC): Users retain copyright ownership of content they upload to the platform (e.g., reviews, photos, messages). By uploading UGC, users grant Asita41 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for platform operations (e.g., showcasing reviews, improving services).

2. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Upload, post, or transmit content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Asita41’s proprietary content without explicit written permission.
• Use automated tools (e.g., scrapers) to extract or repurpose platform content.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed on our platform, please submit a written notice (“Infringement Notice”) to our Copyright Agent containing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the infringing material on the platform (including URLs or screenshots).
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Platform Response to Infringement Notices

Upon receiving a valid Infringement Notice:

• We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
• We will notify the user who uploaded the material (“Alleged Infringer”) of the removal and provide them with a copy of the Infringement Notice.

5. Counter-Notification by Alleged Infringers

If the Alleged Infringer believes the material was removed in error, they may submit a Counter-Notification to our Copyright Agent containing:

• Their physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the removed material and its original location on the platform.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that they have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
• Their contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court in [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., Guangzhou, China].

Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notification, we will:

• Notify the original complainant of the Counter-Notification.
• Restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a legal action seeking to restrain the material’s use.

6. Repeat Infringers

Asita41 reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights or violate this policy, in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer

Asita41 does not pre-screen all user-generated content and is not liable for copyright infringement by users. However, we take reasonable steps to address infringements upon receiving valid notices, as outlined above.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Copyright Compliance Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
